Return Policy
At Containium, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of automotive parts and salvage vehicles, our return policy is strictly governed by the conditions outlined below.
1. General Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Parts must be returned in their original, uninstalled condition.
- Parts must be in their original packaging, unblemished, and free of grease or dirt.
- A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return.
2. Excluded Items (Non-Returnable)
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Electrical Components: ECUs, sensors, relays, wiring harnesses, and modules. (Electrical faults in a vehicle can instantly damage a new electrical component upon installation).
- Specially ordered parts or customized items.
- Parts that have been modified, dismantled, or altered.
- Items sold "As-Is" or explicitly marked as non-returnable at checkout.
3. Damages & Defective Parts
- Transit Damage: Any damage caused during shipping must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the item. Please provide photographic evidence.
- Defective Parts: If you believe a mechanical part is defective, it must be assessed by our team. If proven defective, a replacement or refund will be issued.
4. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the incorrect part), Containium will cover the return shipping costs.
- All authorized returns that are not due to a defect or error on our part are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at containiumte@gmail.com or via our WhatsApp support line with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to ship the item.
